Laser Welded Assemblies

Our Nd:YAG pulsed laser welding equipment is capable of seam widths down to 0.008” (0.2mm), enabling micro-welding of stainless steel wires, tubes and machined parts. Mandrels

We produce mandrels for catheter manufacture by wire straightening, cutting then centreless grinding.Mandrels made from stainless steel, nitinol, tungsten and titanium. Marker Bands

Round Wire, Flat Wire, Shaped Wire
