Precision Mandrels, Wires and Tube Components for Medical Devices
We have CNC milling, machining and grooving facilities to create special shapes on mandrel ends, and to manufacture the tooling and jigs which are frequently required to hold and manipulate parts which are to be formed or laser welded.
Our mandrel-grooving facility is a particular feature, enabling us to trace a milled shape along a selected portion of a straight round mandrel, invoking a cut-out feature for use by our customers in manufacturing multi-lumen catheters.
