We’re ready to help customers with prototypes made from the following types of components and subassemblies.

-Centreless ground wires and rods, used for mandrels, shafts, core pins, guide wires

-Hypotubes, cut, bent, formed, laser cut, swaged, pointed and laser welded to adjacent components. Needles, biopsy needles and biopsy instruments.  -Micro-machined components, using Swiss-type sliding head machines. Parts including grooved mandrels and long parts up to 3 metres long can be machined.

-Thin wall stainless tube components. Seamless tube provides a low-corrosion, lightweight tube which maximises space in, for example, robotic surgery applications.
